Planck’s constant is wrong, because the light carriers neutrino, that has mass and is 137 times smaller than the electron. The mass of the neutrino is ~ 1,2 ×10-34kg, The measurement of the acceleration of the universe, is done with two different methods , model lambda CDM, with the radiation micro wave, and the value is correct . While the other is done with the light and the value is wrong . Planck’s constant is, 6,6 ×10 ^-34, instead value exact one is, 1,2 × 10 ^-34. The discrepancy, between one and other is ~5,5. The Hubble anomaly is ~ 5,5 Km/s/megaparsec. Planck’s constant is underestimated ~ 5,5 times of the real value.
